Can I bring food & drinks on the boat?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring whatever you need for a fun day on the lake! We can also provide a mini cooler for you to use for free
Will I get a refund if the weather sucks?
We always offer complimentary (based on availability) rescheduling in the event of bad weather. However…Rain or Shine, we OUTSIDE!
Can we smoke on the boat?
….we don’t care lol. Just bring an ashtray please. ANY damage to boat seats from ash will be charged accordingly.
(NO HOOKAH while boat is in motion, hookah can only be used on islands)
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We offer multiple payment options including a “deposit” of $100 which will be used towards your booking. Full amount due by midnight the day before your booking
“ You break it, You buy it” - You will sign a lease agreement when we meet you which will list all potential damages as well as any charges you can expect.
What if the boat has mechanical issues?
Don’t panic! In an emergency we contact TOW BOAT USA (704) 200-1930 we have full coverage and they will come take care of you within 45mins!
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
No. Our Pontoons, Tritoons and Sports Boats do NOT come equipped with a bathroom. However we will always happily take you to land to use the toilet during your booking!
